Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Waco, TX 76712
Pay Rate: $14.50 – $15.75/hr
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Material Handlers to support production by managing raw materials and packaging finished goods. This role plays a key part in maintaining production flow, quality standards, and workplace organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Replenish machines and assembly lines with raw materials.
Accurately document material delivery details on the POR Attachment:
Date
Item Number
Quantity
PO Number
Material Handler Name
Remove previous product supplies during item changes.
Verify materials using the Production Order Report.
Report damaged, mislabeled, or unlabeled materials to supervisor.
Complete palletizing of finished products for shipment.
Label sealed boxes correctly and move them to staging area.
Install tape rolls in box sealer machines.
Maintain clean, organized workspaces.
Cover assembler breaks as needed.
Operate wire machine: load material, set up, and monitor for safe, proper function.
Inspect and remove defective product; notify supervisor or inspector.
