💵 Pay: $15.00–$15.50 per hour
🕒 Shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM & 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
📅 Schedule: Open availability — weekends included, no set days off

We’re looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team — someone reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented who takes pride in providing great customer service and a great first impression.
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
Answer phone calls, transfer lines, and provide helpful information
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately
Keep the front desk and lobby neat, clean, and welcoming
Manage incoming mail and packages
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
Assist with guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
Enter data, file paperwork, and perform basic office tasks
Keep an eye out for safety and report any unusual activity
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Bring at least 1 year of customer service/front desk experience
Are dependable, professional, and great with people
Can multitask and stay calm in busy situations
Have basic computer and office equipment skills
Are available for both morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
Are bilingual (English/Spanish)? Even better!
Can pass a background check with no history of theft or violence
Can pass a drug test
Able to sit or stand for long periods
Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
A resume is required
